These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between WinPKP ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on or uses the WinPKP online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://winpkp.cam and any associated mobile or web application.

WinPKP is an online entertainment platform that provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports and cricket betting markets, and related interactive features. The Platform is designed and operated primarily for Pakistani users and presents all currency figures in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). WinPKP operates under international licensing terms. We do not claim approval, endorsement or regulation by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.

By accessing the Platform, creating a Player Account, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

The following terms, when capitalised, carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

To be eligible to register a Player Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's license jurisdiction. The Platform strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Age verification documents (including CNIC or equivalent) may be requested at any time.
2. Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
4. Single account: You may hold only one Player Account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void associated balances.
5. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement, either imposed by the Platform or voluntarily requested by you.
6. Own funds: All funds deposited must be your own lawfully obtained money. Funding an account with money derived from criminal activity is prohibited.

4.1 Registration. To register a Player Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing your true legal name, date of birth, contact email address, country of residence and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and accurate throughout the life of your Account.

4.2 Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. The Platform will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 KYC verification. The Platform operates a KYC process consistent with international operator standards. You may be required to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document not more than three months old);
• Proof of payment method ownership;
• Source of funds documentation, where applicable.

4.4 Withdrawal restriction. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to the Platform's satisfaction. The Platform reserves the right to withhold funds pending the resolution of any identity, fraud or compliance concern.

4.5 Accuracy of information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to void any winnings, confiscate balances and close any Account found to have been registered with inaccurate information.

5.1 Permitted use. The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may access and use the Platform solely for placing Real Money Wagers and participating in games and promotions that are made available to you, in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Technical access. You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser and internet connection are adequate to access the Platform. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues, technical faults on the User's device, or browser incompatibility.

5.3 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating in poker, live casino or sports betting markets;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input;
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or erroneous odds for financial gain;
• Arbitrage wagering strategies designed to abuse promotional offers (known as "bonus abuse");
• Laundering funds through the Platform;
• Opening accounts on behalf of third parties or transferring Account balances between Players;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN or other obfuscation technology;
• Publishing or sharing login credentials or account access with any third party.

The Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where Prohibited Activity is suspected or confirmed, to void any associated wagers and to withhold or recover any balances derived from Prohibited Activity.

6.1 Deposits. Deposits are accepted via the payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts and any applicable fees are displayed within the cashier and are subject to change. All deposits are credited to Player Accounts in PKR.

6.2 Payment method context. Payment references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are listed for contextual familiarity only. The Platform does not claim that any such provider endorses, supports or permits gambling transactions. Users must review the terms of their payment provider and applicable local law independently.

6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification to the Platform's satisfaction;
• No active bonus wagering requirements outstanding on the Account at the time of request;
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds as published in the cashier;
• The Platform's internal compliance and fraud review procedures;
• Applicable processing times, which vary by payment method and are not guaranteed.

6.4 Withdrawal method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to operator discretion and payment method availability.

6.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits and withdrawal figures are displayed in PKR. No currency conversion guarantee is made for payments processed through methods that operate in alternative currencies.

6.6 Dormant accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Platform reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address.

7.1 Offer-specific terms. Every bonus, free bet, cashback offer, reload promotion or tournament prize made available through WinPKP is subject to offer-specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is live. These Terms govern where any conflict exists between the general Terms and offer-specific terms, unless the offer-specific terms expressly state otherwise.

7.2 Wagering requirements. Unless an offer is explicitly labelled as "wager-free", all bonus credits and bonus-derived winnings are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in the offer terms. Only Real Money Wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering turnover.

7.3 Bonus abuse. The Platform monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin wagering on high-RTP games, hedging strategies, and coordination between multiple accounts to share bonus value. The Platform reserves the right to void bonus credits and close accounts where abuse is identified.

7.4 Bonus expiry. Bonus credits not used within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus credits and associated wagering progress cannot be reinstated.

7.5 One offer per household. Promotional offers are limited to one per Player, household, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Offers are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

8.1 General. All bets are accepted and settled at the Platform's absolute discretion, subject to the applicable game rules and sport-specific betting rules published within the Platform. Placing a bet constitutes your acceptance of the applicable rules for that market or game.

8.2 Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum wager limits are displayed within each game or betting market. The Platform reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.

8.3 Erroneous odds. Where odds are published as a result of a technical error or human mistake, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player Account. This applies even where a wager has been confirmed as accepted.

8.4 Cricket and sports markets. Cricket betting — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series and domestic tournaments — is subject to the sports betting rules published on the Platform. Match abandonment, no-result declarations and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments are settled in accordance with those rules, which are incorporated herein by reference.

8.5 Live casino and slots. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. Slot and instant-game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the Platform's game-history records constitute the authoritative source of the round outcome.

8.6 Dispute resolution. Any dispute relating to a bet settlement or game outcome must be submitted to the Platform's support team within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Disputes raised outside this period may not be considered.

WinPKP is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is a form of entertainment — not a reliable source of income. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Players may set maximum net loss thresholds for defined periods.
• Session time limits: Players may set maximum session durations, after which the Platform will prompt the Player to stop or confirm continuation.
• Reality checks: Automated in-session notifications that remind Players of elapsed playing time and net session result.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account cooling-off: A short-term pause option (24 hours to 6 weeks) for Players who need a break without full self-exclusion.

18+ only. The Platform is strictly for adult use — 18 years of age or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Local laws in Pakistan may further restrict gambling. This age restriction is a genuine eligibility requirement, not a formality.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the WinPKP brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, audio and video elements — is the intellectual property of WinPKP or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, transmit or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Modify or create derivative works from Platform content;
• Use the WinPKP brand, logo or any Platform materials for commercial purposes;
• Frame or embed the Platform within any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WinPKP and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.2 The Platform does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own device and network.

11.3 The Platform is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Interruptions in internet or telecommunications services beyond the Platform's reasonable control;
• Delay, failure or error in payment processing caused by a third-party payment service provider;
• Decisions made by Players based on information published on the Platform, which is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only;
• Changes in applicable law that affect a Player's ability to access the Platform from their jurisdiction.

11.4 Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Platform's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 By the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation or other Prohibited Activity is suspected or confirmed;
• The Player's jurisdiction has become a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Regulatory, compliance or licensing requirements necessitate closure;
• The Platform determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the Account poses a risk.

12.2 By the Player. You may close your Player Account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the ordinary course subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and resolution of any compliance holds.

12.3 Effect of termination. Upon closure of a Player Account for any reason, all unexpired Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Real money balances remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to the Platform under these Terms will be returned to the Player via a payment method approved by the Platform's compliance team, subject to KYC clearance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory laws in your country of residence. Pakistani users are reminded that local courts and regulatory authorities retain jurisdiction over conduct that falls within Pakistani territory, and that Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place that may be applicable to your use of the Platform.

WinPKP reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, the Platform will endeavour to provide not less than fourteen (14) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform and/or sending an email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account before the effective date of the change.

The date shown at the top of this document ("Last updated") indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Earlier versions are not made available and will not apply to any existing or future dispute.
