WinPKP treats responsible gambling as a core part of the platform — not a checkbox. This page sets out the tools, rules and resources available to every player to help ensure that gambling remains a form of entertainment and nothing more.
The WinPKP platform exists to provide entertainment. Cricket betting during a Pakistan vs. England Test, a few rounds of live roulette in the evening, or a quick spin on a slot title between PSL matches — these are leisure activities with an element of financial risk attached. That risk is real, and we never minimise it.
Responsible gambling is the set of habits, tools and limits that keep the financial risk proportionate to what a player can genuinely afford to lose. When those boundaries are respected, gambling can be an enjoyable pastime for adults in the same way that watching a T20 match with a few friends is. When those boundaries erode — whether through chasing losses, playing beyond budget, or prioritising gambling over obligations — the activity stops being entertainment and starts causing harm.
WinPKP has built responsible-gambling tools directly into the account panel for every registered player. They are not hidden three pages deep in a help section, and we do not discourage their use. The tools work. If you are in Karachi or Lahore and feel your gambling has moved beyond recreation, the tools on this page — and the support options listed below — are a practical starting point.
We are equally clear about what we are not: WinPKP is not a financial product, an investment vehicle or a consistent source of supplementary income. Every game outcome on this platform is governed by probability. No strategy, system or past-performance pattern changes the fundamental odds of a casino game or guarantees a profitable sports bet.
Gambling is entertainment. Treat it like buying a cinema ticket, not like making an investment.
Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Never use rent money, savings, or funds earmarked for essential expenses like school fees or groceries.
Set limits before you start. Deciding in advance how much time and money you will spend is far more effective than deciding in the moment.
Never chase losses. Trying to recover a loss with a larger bet is the single most common pattern that leads to problem gambling. If you are down, the correct response is to stop for the session.
Do not gamble under emotional stress. Making betting decisions while upset, anxious or under pressure leads to poor choices. If you are not in a calm frame of mind, step away.
18+ strictly. Gambling is for adults only — 18 years of age minimum, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age verification is enforced and cannot be bypassed.
Every registered player has access to these tools from day one, directly from their account panel. They cost nothing to use and take effect promptly.
Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum on how much you can deposit to your WinPKP account. For example, capping deposits at PKR 5,000 per week means the platform will decline any deposit attempt that would exceed that figure within the period. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a cooling-off period to protect against impulsive decisions.
Set a cap on your net losses over a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once you reach the loss threshold you have chosen — say, PKR 3,000 in a single day — the platform will prevent further wagers for the rest of that period. This tool is specifically designed to prevent the "one more bet" cycle that follows a string of losses.
Set a maximum duration for any single gambling session. When your session timer expires, the platform will display a prompt asking whether you want to continue or stop. The prompt is a genuine pause — it is not designed to be easy to dismiss. If you do not respond within the grace period, you are logged out automatically.
Enable in-session pop-ups at intervals you choose — every 30, 60 or 90 minutes. Each notification shows you how long you have been playing, your net session result in PKR, and how many wagers you have placed. Reality checks are effective because they interrupt autopilot behaviour and bring you back to a conscious awareness of what is happening.
A short-term account pause of between 24 hours and 6 weeks — for players who need a break but do not want permanent self-exclusion. During a cooling-off period your account is locked for wagering activity. You can still view your history and manage your profile. The pause cannot be lifted early once confirmed.
A more serious intervention for players who believe they need a sustained break. WinPKP offers temporary self-exclusion (minimum 6 months) and permanent self-exclusion with no end date. Once confirmed, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period — even if you request it. During exclusion, the platform will not send you marketing materials.
How to access these tools: All limits and exclusion options are available in your account panel under the Responsible Gambling or Player Safety section. If you cannot locate a specific tool, contact our support team 24/7 via live chat or at [email protected] — responsible-gambling requests are treated as high priority.
Self-exclusion is the strongest tool available to a player who believes their gambling is no longer recreational. It is a formal request to block all access to your account for a set period. At WinPKP it is processed promptly — not buried in a multi-step process designed to make you reconsider.
Here is what happens when you request self-exclusion:
Contact support via live chat or email ([email protected]) and state that you wish to self-exclude. You do not need to justify the decision.
Select temporary (minimum 6 months, up to 5 years) or permanent with no end date. Temporary and permanent periods can also be set via the account panel directly.
You will receive an email confirmation. The exclusion takes effect within a short processing window — typically within one business hour of confirmation.
Your account is immediately blocked for all wagering activity. Marketing emails and promotional messages are suppressed for the entire exclusion period.
Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period — even at your own request. This is intentional and is the feature that makes self-exclusion effective.
Important: Self-exclusion on WinPKP applies only to this platform. If you are experiencing problem gambling, consider contacting a responsible-gambling support organisation for guidance on multi-operator exclusion schemes available in your licensing jurisdiction.
Problem gambling rarely announces itself clearly. It tends to develop gradually. Recognising these patterns early gives you the best chance of addressing them before they cause serious harm.
Spending more money on gambling than you originally intended, regularly and not just on special occasions.
Chasing losses — placing larger or more frequent bets after a losing session to try to recover the money lost.
Gambling with money intended for rent, utilities, school fees or other essential expenses in Karachi, Lahore or anywhere else.
Feeling restless, irritable or anxious when you are not gambling, or when trying to cut down.
Hiding your gambling activity from family members or lying about how much time and money you have spent.
Borrowing money — from family, friends or financial services — specifically to fund gambling activity.
Neglecting work, studies, relationships or daily responsibilities because of time spent gambling.
Continuing to gamble despite a strong personal intention to stop, or repeatedly failing to stick to self-imposed limits.
Using gambling as a primary way of coping with stress, anxiety, loneliness or other emotional difficulties.
Spending an increasing amount of time thinking about gambling — replanning sessions, calculating potential returns or reliving past wins.
Feeling that gambling is the only activity that reliably produces excitement or a sense of relief.
Experiencing financial pressure — unpaid bills, debts, or being unable to meet regular PKR obligations — that is directly linked to gambling losses.
If you recognise several of these signs in your own behaviour, please use the self-exclusion or limit tools on this platform and consider reaching out to a qualified counsellor or support organisation. Acknowledging a problem early is a sign of strength, not weakness.
This is not a diagnostic tool. It is a set of honest questions to help you reflect on your gambling habits. If you find yourself answering "yes" to several of these, it may be worth speaking to someone or using the tools on this page.
If you answered "yes" to three or more of these questions, we encourage you to set account limits today, take a cooling-off period, or contact our support team to discuss self-exclusion options. There is no obligation — starting a conversation does not automatically close your account.
WinPKP is strictly an adults-only platform. The minimum age for account registration is 18 years, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. This is not a formality — we enforce it.
Age verification procedures are in place at multiple stages:
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor in your household has accessed gambling content online, we recommend installing parental-control software on shared devices. A range of filtering tools is available for this purpose — search for "parental controls" in your device's operating system settings as a starting point.
If you believe a minor has registered on WinPKP specifically, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take action as a priority matter.
Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online and remote gambling may depend on applicable federal and provincial law. WinPKP does not provide legal advice and does not claim to have assessed the legality of its services under Pakistani domestic law.
What we are clear about:
Nothing on this page constitutes legal advice. If you have questions about the legality of online gambling in your location — whether in Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad or elsewhere — consult a qualified legal professional.
If you believe gambling is causing you harm, these are the practical steps and support options available to you right now.
Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat. You can request a deposit limit, cooling-off period or self-exclusion directly in the chat window. Tell us what you need — responsible-gambling requests skip the general queue. You can also email [email protected] at any time.
Speaking to a family member or close friend about a gambling concern is often the most effective first step. In Pakistan, family networks in cities like Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi remain one of the strongest sources of personal support — and a conversation costs nothing.
Qualified mental health counsellors and addiction specialists in Pakistan can provide structured support for gambling-related issues. Your local hospital, community health centre, or a licensed psychologist in your city can be a starting point for referral.
Recognised responsible-gambling organisations operate in the jurisdiction under which WinPKP is licensed. These organisations offer confidential helplines, self-assessment tools, referral networks and counsellor directories. Contact our support team to request the specific resources relevant to your situation and the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
If you have read this page and recognise that you need to stop, do not wait. Contact us via live chat right now and say the words "I want to self-exclude." That is all that is needed. Our team will handle the rest within the hour. You do not need to explain why.
The responsible-gambling provisions in WinPKP's Terms & Conditions (Section 9) expand on the tools described on this page and set out your rights and the platform's obligations in formal terms. Reading them alongside this page gives you the complete picture.
You are not alone. Problem gambling affects people from every background and every city — from Peshawar to Faisalabad, Multan to Karachi. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is the single most important thing you can do if gambling has moved beyond recreation. We will do everything within our platform's capability to support that decision.

18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Gambling can be addictive — please play responsibly. Local laws in Pakistan may restrict gambling. This platform does not claim authorisation by any Pakistani authority.
